On another note, I finally received my acceptance notification from TAFE today. I didn't get into the course I wanted to get into. I've been put on the standby list, although it's a high demand course and the chances of getting in when you're on the standby list are slim. If that falls through then I've still got my backup plan - I'll do the next level of Spanish. That'll only go for six months, after which I might do something creative like art or music, 'cause I've had a creative itch getting at me for a while now. I've also considered doing a textiles & pattern making course 'cause that'd sharpen up my sewing skills and teach me a lot more than basic alterations & making basic from a store pattern. I'm a very structured person and everything I've studied to date has been logical and structured, and I think it's time I branched out to something that sits outside of my comfort zone and had a stab at a creative art. I think I'd like that. I could even be good at it.
