Which track? I've got all of his albums/eps/singles, one of those artists that I really consistenly enjoy. I just bought the Quannum Spectrum from JB Hifi... first time I've seen a Quannum project in a store here so I had to get it :P

i think it's called 'calling out'. my cousin put it on a mix-cd for me a while back. it's the best song to listen to when you're driving around the bay area. i think he's from berkeley?

Yeh he's Japanese American, born in Tokyo I think but grew up in Berkeley & the whole bay area funk scene definitely rubbed off on him.
There's a great remix for Calling Out on his second album - Same !@#$ Different Day.
